When you place an order, you should receive an email confirming your order. A basic pre-authorization check will be performed to ensure your card has sufficient funds.
We will only accept your order once the payment has been approved and your card has been debited. You may be able to cancel (but not modify) your order shortly after placing it — the cancellation window depends on the delivery option selected and will be outlined in your acknowledgment email. If you miss this window, you’ll need to return the original item(s) and place a new order.
