DELIVERY

Before completing your order, you'll be presented with various delivery options, including estimated delivery times and dates based on your delivery address.

At CHILIA Group, we work hard to meet all delivery schedules, but sometimes delays may occur due to postal or courier issues. We'll do our best to keep you informed.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Standard Return Policy

When exchanging a product purchased online from CHILIA Group, please keep the following in mind:

  • You have 24 hours from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange.
  • Items must be purchased directly from CHILIA Group, either online or at a CHILIA Group store, to be eligible for exchange.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and any additional items that came with it (e.g., shoes should be returned with the original shoe box).

Ineligible Items for Return

  • Underwear items cannot be returned.

Delivery Costs and Proof of Postage

  • Depending on your country, you may be responsible for the cost of returning or exchanging items. You may also need to cover postage fees based on the size of the package.

Original Condition

  • It’s acceptable to try on an item as you would in a store, but please do not wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we may not be able to offer a solution and could send the item back to you, with the delivery costs at your expense.
